HOME DOG BOARDING AND DOG DAY CARE IN THE NEW FOREST

Barkers is an established, small privately owned company offering Home from Home Dog Boarding for holiday times and an occasional Dog Day Care service. Our home, which is completely private, safe and secure, is located on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Burley, Hampshire in the the heart of the New Forest. Daily we take wonderful Forest walks plus we have plenty of space, large lawns and paddocks where our ‘guests’ can romp and play. We service Lymington, Brockenhurst, Christchurch, Ringwood and the surrounding areas. We are not a franchise and we are not kennels.

We provide a caring, vigilant and completely supervised Home from Home Dog Boarding service for your holiday times and weekends away and an occasional Dog Day Care Service for those busy days and times you cannot be with your dog, allowing you complete assurance and peace of mind that your dog has been left in safe and competent hands.

Whatever your need, be it work, a day away, a holiday or perhaps injury or illness we can help.

Holiday times, weekends away? Your dog can stay with us in our home and join in with whatever we do. At weekends this often entails a long walk in the country followed by a pub lunch!

During the day we love to go for long walks in the forest or possiBly by the beach if it’s  out of season and quiet. In the evenings they will be in our home, lying in front of our TV and if it’s winter time, a roaring log fire.

During their stay with us we will endeavour to do all we can to make them feel at ease and as happy and comfortable as possible.

Please be aware that spaces are limited and we get booked up very quickly so plan ahead to avoid disappointment.

DOG DAY CARE - WEEKDAYS £25 / WEEKENDS £30 PER DAY 

We will take care whilst you're not there.

With our day care service your dog will spend their entire day in our company. We enjoy some super walks in the more remote parts of the Forest and often at weekends we head out further afield to explore. When we are not out walking, your dog will join in with us at home and will have total access to the completely enclosed and secure dog safe grounds. We will make sure they feel safe and happy.

We are not kennels and your dog will not be left at home alone, they will never be by themselves.
